Refreshing Your Browser (login issues)

 

If you are having trouble logging in to your Acceptd account or you were recently logged out, please hard refresh your browser and try again.

 

Mac Computers:

  1. You can “right-click” on the browser icon and then select “quit.” Then re-open your browser by clicking on the icon.
  2. You can hold down “command + shift” and select the “R” key.
  3. Hold down “Shift” and select the Reload button

Once you have done either step 1 or 2, you should be able to log in.

 

Windows Computers:

  1. You can hold down “Ctrl” and click the Reload button.
  2. You can hold down “Ctrl” and click “F5”.
  3. You can hold down “Ctrl + Shift” and select the “R” key.

Once you have done either step 1, 2, or 3 you should be able to log in.
