Can I download my original video file?

You can download videos from your 'Media' tab.

Here are the steps to downloading your original media files:

1. Login to Acceptd account
2. Select the 'Media' tab at the top of the screen
3. Click on the media file you wish to download
4. When the media file is open, click on 'Download' below the image (see the following screenshot).

This will download the video as an .MP4 file to your computer.

NOTE: Media over a year old is viewable and not able to be downloaded
