If Something Goes Wrong
Symptom: You see "Video processing times are currently higher than normal and uploads continue to be processed in the order received."
Cause: Acceptd is converting your file to a standard format so it plays correctly for everyone. This takes longer when a lot of files are uploading at once, which often happens close to deadlines.
Fix: Nothing. Once you see "processing," your file has fully uploaded and you can submit your application. If the file can't be processed, Acceptd emails you and the status changes to "failed," and you can re-upload it.
