Fix:
- Find the failed file and select Try Again.
- Browse for the file on your computer and select it to re-upload.
- Stay on the page while it uploads. Don't navigate away.
- Confirm the upload finished by playing the file all the way through.
If you've already submitted your application, the replaced file attaches to it automatically.
