Are you receiving the message below for your video file that is currently showing as "processing?"
"Video processing times are currently higher than normal and uploads continue to be processed in the order received."
This is due to a large number of media files currently being uploaded to Acceptd. This can happen leading up to deadlines.
You are still able to submit your application while your media file(s) is/are in the "processing" stage. This will NOT prevent you from submitting your application on time.
*Note*
What does “processing” mean?
Acceptd accepts a large number of media file formats, but for people on different operating systems, browsers, and devices to be able to view them we convert your source files to standard file types for web standards. In short, once you see the “processing” status you have successfully fully uploaded your file and there is nothing more you need to do. In the unlikely event that the file cannot be processed, we will let you know via email and you’ll see the file status update to “failed”. If you have already submitted your application, you will be given the option to re-upload your file or upload a new file.
